The Ypsilon Institute brings together young people in the age from 20 to 30 years. With integration, education and cooperation, it contributes to a better level of awareness of every individual and society, and to a closer intergenerational cooperation.

The core functioning of the organization is based on:

  • combining the most talented representatives of Generation Y in various fields,
  • education, awareness and integration of members at our exciting events,
  • striking opinions and active participation in solving contemporary social problems,
  • networking Generation Y with other generations,
  • implementation of socially useful projects and developing interesting products.

Mission. Our mission is to help in personal and profesional development and awareness raising of young people between 20 and 30 years of age, and in cooperartion with all other generations so that living in the future will reflect favourably on the present time.

Vision. To be the world's leading association of promising young people from various fields between the ages of 20 and 30 who will, based on inter-generational cooperation, create our world and the quality of our lives.

Values. Cooperation, responsibility, honesty, friendship, peace, professionalism, networking.

These values shall be nurtured by anyone who cooperates with the Ypsilon Institute.

Purpose. Networking, educating and confronting the views among the members of Generation Y and their selected role models who represent the elite of mind, spirit and taste. Transferring knowledge and experience from the older to the younger generations. Joint exploration of new routes, and enabling Generation Y to integrate in the society.

In doing so, the Ypsilon Institute will rely on the cooperation of renowned personalities from different fields, through meetings, debates, projects and products.
