Kaj meniš o demokraciji, sodelovanju mladih in temah, ki vplivajo na tvoje vsakdanje življenje?

Digital Exchange je mednarodno digitalno tekmovanje za mlade iz Slovenije, Estonije in Portugalske, kjer lahko svoje mnenje izraziš na kreativen način ter tako komuniciraš s svojimi vrstniki iz Estonije ali Portugalske.

Digital Exchange poteka 13 tednov, od 19. oktobra 2026 do 17. januarja 2027. Vsaka dva tedna bomo objavili novo temo oziroma vprašanje, ti pa imaš dva tedna časa, da pripraviš svoj odgovor.

Izbereš lahko način, ki ti najbolj ustreza – napišeš objavo ali pesem, posnameš kratek video, ustvariš meme, fotografijo, strip ali drugo umetniško delo.

Vsaka dva tedna lahko oddaš en izdelek in z njim pridobiš točke. Več točk zbereš, večje so tvoje možnosti za zmago. Poteguj se za privlačne nagrade, zmagovalec dobi nagrado v vrednosti 200€!

What do you think about democracy, youth participation, and the issues that affect your everyday life?

Digital Exchange is an international digital competition for young people from Slovenia, Estonia, and Portugal, where you can express your opinions creatively and connect with your peers from Estonia and Portugal.

Digital Exchange runs for 13 weeks, from 19 October 2026 to 17 January 2027. Every two weeks, we will introduce a new topic or question, and you will have two weeks to prepare your response.

Choose the format that suits you best – write a post or a poem, create a short video, make a meme, take a photo, draw a comic, or create another form of artwork.

Every two weeks, you can submit one entry and earn points. The more points you collect, the better your chances of winning. Compete for exciting prizes – the winner will receive a prize worth €200!

Kako sodeluješ? / How to participate?

26. oktobra se začne prvi izziv.
Objavimo novo temo oziroma vprašanje na začetku vsakih dveh tednov – skupaj 6 tem
Imaš dva tedna časa, da pripraviš svoj odgovor.
Svoj izdelek oddaš prek Google Forms.
Po koncu dvotedenskega izziva objavimo novo temo.
Za vsak oddan izdelek prejmeš točke glede na izbrani format.

Sodeluješ lahko pri poljubnem številu izzivov. Na več izzivih kot boš skupno sodeloval, več točk si boš nabral in si s tem povečal možnosti za skupno zmago in osvojitev nagrade.

Tekmovanje povezuje mlade iz Slovenije, Estonije in Portugalske, zato boš svoje ideje lahko delil/-a tudi z mladimi iz drugih evropskih držav.

The first challenge starts on 26 October.
We will publish a new topic or question at the beginning of every two-week period – 6 topics in total.
You will have two weeks to prepare your response.
Submit your work via Google Forms.
At the end of each two-week challenge, we will publish a new topic.
You will earn points for each submission, depending on the format you choose.

You can participate in as many challenges as you like. The more challenges you take part in, the more points you can collect, increasing your chances of winning the overall competition and the prize.

The competition brings together young people from Slovenia, Estonia, and Portugal, giving you the opportunity to share your ideas with young people from other European countries.

Pravila sodelovanja / Participation rules

Za sodelovanje moraš:

biti star/-a od 15 do 29 let,
svoj izdelek pripraviti v angleščini,
izdelek oddati v času trajanja posameznega izziva,
izdelek oddati prek Google Forms,
pri ustvarjanju vsebine ne smeš uporabljati umetne inteligence (AI),
obvezna udeležba na online zaključnem srečanju februarja 2027

Vsak udeleženec lahko v posameznem dvotedenskem izzivu odda en izdelek.

To participate, you must:

be 15 to 29 years old,
create your work in English,
submit your work during the relevant challenge period,
submit your work via Google Forms,
not use artificial intelligence (AI) when creating your content,
attend the online final meeting in February 2027.

Each participant can submit one piece of work per two-week challenge.

Točkovanje / Scoring

Izberi svoj način izražanja 🎨

Ni pomembno, ali si boljši/-a v pisanju, snemanju videov, fotografiji ali ustvarjanju memov. Izberi format, ki ti najbolj ustreza.

Refleksija in oseben pogled	0-5 točk
Kreativnost	0-3 točke
Jasnost sporočila	0-2 točki

Maksimalno število točk, ki jih lahko doseže vsak udeleženec pri enem izzivu, je 20 točk.

The maximum number of points each participant can score for one challenge is 20 points.

Nagrade / Prizes

Točke se bodo seštevale skozi celotno tekmovanje.

Na koncu bodo nagrajeni trije udeleženci, ki bodo zbrali največ točk:

🥇 1. mesto – nagrada v vrednosti 200€
🥈 2. mesto – nagrada v vrednosti 150€
🥉 3. mesto – nagrada v vrednosti 100€

Zmagovalci bodo razglašeni na zaključnem spletnem dogodku februarja 2027.

Points will be accumulated throughout the entire competition.

At the end of the competition, the three participants with the highest number of points will receive prizes:

🥇 1st place – €200 prize
🥈 2nd place – €150 prize
🥉 3rd place – €100 prize

The winners will be announced at the online final event in February 2027.
